The motor support is adjustable in length from 27 1/2" to 46 1/2". This adjustment covers a wide range of boat / engine combinations from outboard with offset transoms and jacking plates in inboard / outboard units. The ends are molded of black high impact plastic and the adjustment is accomplished with a stainless steel bolt / locknut combination and has 7 different length settings. To use, simpy determine length required for boat / motor combination, install bolt and nut, place "U" over rear center roller on trailer and trim engine down onto molded vee; attach furnished rubber strap around lower unit.
